"When I try to sign in, it asks me to sign in again."
This problem is a browser bug which can be solved by "deleting cookies".
In Internet Explorer, this can be accomplished as follows:
- Press "Alt+t" or click the "Tools" menu.
- Select "Internet Options".
- Click the "General" tab
- Click the "Delete..." button under "Browsing history".
- Click the "Delete cookies..." button under the "Cookies".
- Try signing in once more.
Alternatively, you can simply sign in using another browser or another computer.
